1. Introduction

By booking or using our services—including podcast/video recording, guest coordination, clip‑creation, or promotional assistance—you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Booking & Payment

Full payment is required to confirm all bookings. Sessions are not confirmed until payment is processed.
Free introductory session: We offer a 30‑minute complimentary studio session for first‑time users to familiarize themselves with the space and equipment. We also extend monthly free sessions for local creators subject to our discretion.
Time based booking: All bookings are reserved by 30 minute or 75 minute sessions and are based on start time; sessions must conclude at the booking end time regardless of late arrival.
Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise a cancellation fee up to the full amount may apply.

3. Services Provided

We provide professional-grade podcast and video recording services, including mixing and multi-track capture.
Our studio is equipped with high‑end gear: Rode microphones (3), Sony ZV‑E10 HD cameras (3), Rodecaster Pro II, overhead boom lighting, sound insulation, and a Blackmagic ATEM Mini Pro
We assist with guest participation coordination, clip creation, and growth strategy tips.

4. Equipment & Studio Usage

Clients must abide by studio guidelines for proper equipment use. Misuse or damage may result in additional charges.
Only studio‑provided equipment may be used for recording. External devices or rentals are prohibited unless approved.
Guests and clients should handle equipment responsibly. A designated staff member may assist with technical operation.

5. Conduct & Conduct Policies

Clients must behave respectfully at all times. Harassment or abusive behavior toward staff or other users may lead to expulsion without refund.
No smoking or vaping inside the facility. Alcohol and outside food are prohibited unless pre‑approved.
Clients remain responsible for maintaining virtual hygiene and cleaning personal areas after sessions.

6. File Delivery & Storage

Recordings are provided via digital transfer (e.g. Google Drive or equivalent).
Raw files will be stored for 14 days post‑session, after which access may be withdrawn unless alternate arrangements are made in writing.
We are not liable for loss or corruption of files once the download link has been issued and/or accessed.

7. Liability & Indemnification

Clients assume full responsibility for their content, including all legal obligations (e.g. copyright, licensing, royalties).
The studio is not responsible for injuries, equipment failures, content disputes, or other damages arising during use.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the studio, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claim, loss, or liability arising from your use of services—including third‑party claims related to your content.

8. Intellectual Property

All client recordings belong to the client, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
The studio may use promotional clips or behind‑the‑scenes footage (e.g. on social media or portfolio), unless the client opts out in writing prior to booking.
Studio intellectual property (logos, branding, designs, pricing models) is protected and may not be used without prior written consent.

9. Modifications to Terms

The studio reserves the right to revise these terms at any time. Updated terms will be published on our website. Continued use signifies acceptance of any changes.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas. Any legal disputes will be resolved through the courts located in Montgomery County, TX.
