1. Introduction

By booking, accessing, or using our services, including podcast or video recording, guest coordination, clip creation, or promotional assistance, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Booking, Payment & Complimentary Sessions

Payment: Full payment is required to confirm all paid bookings. A paid session is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.
First complimentary session: Each first-time user may receive one complimentary 30-minute introductory studio session to become familiar with the studio, space, and equipment. This introductory offer is limited to one session per person.
Additional complimentary sessions: Any complimentary session offered after a person’s first complimentary session is not guaranteed and is available only with our express prior approval. We may approve, deny, limit, modify, or discontinue additional complimentary sessions at our sole discretion.
30-day maximum: No person may receive more than one complimentary session during any rolling 30-day period. This limit applies regardless of whether the person books through a different email address, account, organization, project, podcast, or other party.
No recurring entitlement: The expiration of a 30-day period does not automatically entitle anyone to another complimentary session. Every complimentary session after the first requires separate approval from us.
Complimentary-session conditions: Complimentary sessions are subject to studio availability, scheduling limitations, these Terms & Conditions, and any additional conditions communicated at the time of approval. Complimentary sessions have no cash value, may not be transferred, exchanged, accumulated, or combined with another offer.
Time-based bookings: Bookings are reserved in 30-minute or 75-minute sessions and are based on the scheduled start and end times. Sessions must conclude at the scheduled end time regardless of late arrival.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Late cancellations and missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee of up to the full booking amount. Missing or cancelling a complimentary session may also affect eligibility for future complimentary sessions.

3. Services Provided

We provide professional-grade podcast and video recording services, including audio mixing and multitrack capture.
Our studio equipment includes three Rode microphones, three Sony ZV-E10 HD cameras, a Rodecaster Pro II, overhead boom lighting, sound insulation, and a Blackmagic ATEM Mini Pro.
We may also provide guest participation coordination, clip creation, and general content-growth guidance, depending on the services included in the booking.

4. Equipment & Studio Usage

Clients must follow all studio guidelines concerning the proper use of equipment and facilities. Misuse of or damage to studio property may result in additional charges.
Only studio-provided or studio-approved equipment may be used for recording. External equipment or rentals may not be used without prior approval.
Clients and their guests must handle all equipment responsibly. A designated staff member may assist with or control technical operations.
Clients are financially responsible for damage caused by themselves or their guests beyond ordinary wear and tear.

5. Conduct Policies

Clients and guests must behave respectfully at all times. Harassment, threats, abusive conduct, dangerous behavior, or intentional disruption may result in immediate removal without a refund.
Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the facility.
Alcohol and outside food are prohibited unless approved in advance.
Clients are responsible for leaving their recording and personal areas reasonably clean after each session.
We reserve the right to end or refuse a session when we reasonably believe a client or guest presents a safety risk, violates these Terms, or interferes with studio operations.

6. File Delivery & Storage

Recordings will generally be provided through a digital-transfer service, such as Google Drive or an equivalent platform.
Raw files will be stored for 14 days following the recording session. After that period, files may be permanently deleted and access may be withdrawn unless alternate arrangements have been made in writing.
Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up all delivered files promptly.
We are not responsible for the loss, deletion, corruption, incompatibility, or unavailability of files after a download link has been issued or the 14-day storage period has expired.

7. Liability & Indemnification

Clients assume full responsibility for their recordings and other content, including compliance with copyright, trademark, licensing, privacy, publicity, royalty, and other applicable legal requirements.
Clients are responsible for obtaining any releases, permissions, or consents required from guests or other individuals appearing in their content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the studio is not responsible for injuries, equipment failures, interrupted recordings, lost files, content disputes, lost profits, or other damages arising from the use of studio services.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the studio and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your use of the services, your content, your conduct, or the conduct of your guests.

8. Intellectual Property & Promotional Use

Client recordings belong to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Unless the client opts out in writing before the session, the studio may use reasonable excerpts, promotional clips, photographs, or behind-the-scenes footage from the session for its website, social media, portfolio, advertising, or other promotional purposes.
Studio intellectual property, including its logos, branding, designs, workflows, and pricing materials, may not be copied or used without prior written permission.

9. Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updated terms may be published on our website and will apply to bookings made after their effective date.
Continued booking or use of studio services following publication of updated terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of our services will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Montgomery County, Texas.
